All sales are final. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that have been worn, used, or purchased in error.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brisochicjewelry.com. Be sure to include your order number, clear photos of the item, and images of the original packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement item or store credit, as appropriate.
