Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Please note: Delivery estimates begin after the 1–3 business day processing period. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update its tracking status.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We will do our best to assist before shipment; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery location, surrounding areas, and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier first. You may then contact Bri So Chic Jewelry if additional assistance is needed.
