Free Economy Shipping on orders of $50 or more
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Rate: $6.90–$9.90 based on weight
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Rate: Calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates begin after the 1–3 business day processing period.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist before shipment; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly.
For this reason, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

12. Final Sale Policy
All jewelry sales are final.
Bri So Chic Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

- Gradual changes to plated finishes

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution based on the circumstances and product availability.

14. Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ring size before placing an order.
Because wider or more substantial rings may feel different from thinner bands, we recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide before purchasing.
Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or exchange under our standard final-sale policy.
15. Jewelry Care & Normal Wear
Jewelry may naturally show signs of wear over time.
Changes such as tarnishing, fading, scratching, finish wear, or other changes caused by moisture, chemicals, friction, skin chemistry, improper storage, or normal use are generally not considered shipping damage or an incorrect order.
