Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
Jewelry may naturally show signs of wear over time depending on the material, finish, frequency of wear, skin chemistry, moisture, product exposure, and care. Following our Jewelry Care Guide can help preserve the appearance and finish of your pieces.

What is PVD Gold Plating?
PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is a plating process used on select Bri So Chic Jewelry pieces to create a durable plated finish. Because materials and finishes vary by design, please review the individual product description for details about each piece.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Materials vary by design. If a piece is identified as hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free, stainless steel, sterling silver, or another specific material, that information will be listed in the individual product description.

If you have known metal sensitivities or allergies, please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is:

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free Economy Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bri So Chic Jewelry ships within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges Policy

What is your returns & exchange policy?
Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy page for the complete policy. Because jewelry sizing, materials, and hygiene considerations vary by item, customers should review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@brisochicjewelry.com  as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery. Be sure to include your order number, clear photos of the item and original packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

Signature Rings & Sizing

How do Bri So Chic Signature Rings fit?
Our Signature Rings are statement designs and may feel more substantial than traditional thin bands.

Choose your normal U.S. ring size when possible. If you are between sizes, prefer a roomier fit, or plan to stack multiple Signature Rings, consider choosing the larger size.

Should I size up when stacking Signature Rings?
Stacking multiple rings creates more overall width on the finger and may make the fit feel snugger.

If you are between sizes or plan to wear multiple rings together, choosing the larger size may provide a more comfortable stacked fit.

Do you offer ring exchanges for sizing issues?
We recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide carefully before placing your order.  Ring exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not accepted.  Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my Bri So Chic Jewelry?
Follow our Last On, First Off approach: put jewelry on after applying perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and other beauty products, and remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or cleaning.

Gently wipe jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear and store pieces separately in a cool, dry place.

Can I shower or swim while wearing my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, or exercising. Water, chlorine, saltwater, sweat, soaps, and other products can contribute to wear and may shorten the life of plated finishes.

Will plated jewelry fade over time?
Plated jewelry may naturally show signs of wear or fading over time. How quickly this occurs can vary based on frequency of wear, skin chemistry, moisture, friction, product exposure, and care.
